Mark as Useful Called my house and my husband's cell phone and said they were the law and legal department. My husband called them back and they said they would not talk to him as the situation involved me. My husband said if it involved me, it involved him because they called his cell phone. They said I put him down as a reference. Why would I put my husband as a reference? They said they had a lawsuit against me but would not state about what.

Mark as Useful This is a collection agency for Wells Fargo, Citifinancial etc... They are relentless even when you are not the person they are trying to track down. It starts at 8:00 am and ceases around 9:00 pm at least 5 times and more a day. An autodialer attacks you and when you get a warm body to talk to they aren't listening to the fact they have the wrong person and they say they don't have access to and can't stop the DEMON AutoDialer
